Production Time
Production Time varies depending on item and quantity. Standard production time is typically 7-10 business days + shipping transit time. If you need an order sooner, please note your firm in hands date in the Event Date box and we will contact you with any questions or concerns.
Returns
Returns are accepted for any defective merchandise. Returns are not accepted for wrong sizes in apparel.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales tax will be added to the final invoice after the order ships.

Shipping Address
We must have a valid physical shipping address for all orders. UPS and Fedex will not deliver to a PO Box.
International Shipments
Most of the merchandise in this collection can be shipped to international addresses. However, due to governmental import/export restrictions some products may not be available for export to all countries. Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
Proofs
You will receive an emailed proof for approval on all orders. Any delayed response in proof approvals will result in a delay in production and delivery time. Please respond to proofs as soon as able.
Order Confirmation
All orders require approval by an assigned supervisor/approver. Once the order is approved, we will begin to process the order. You will receive an email order confirmation letting you know that your order is pending approval and another email confirmation once the order is approved, confirming receipt of the order.
Invoices
Final invoices will be sent to AmWINS Accounting once the order has shipped. The invoice will include all applicable Sales Tax and Shipping Charges.
